Don Hendrix Sansom, 82, of Beebe, Arkansas, died March 2, 2025. Don was born on August 27, 1942, in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Claud and Louise Hogue Sansom. He retired from the Teamsters Union after 30 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his garden, and always found something that needed to be done in his yard. His shop was his oasis, it is where he spent most of his time. He had many friends and helped them anyway he could.
He is survived by his two sons, Keith (Trish Myers) Sansom of Beebe, Eric (Karen) Sansom of Little Rock; five grandchildren, Colby, Ashley, Garrett, Carter and Aiden Sansom; and two great grandchildren, Aurora and Russell Walts.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Louise; his wife, Loretta; and one brother, Robert.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8th at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
