Donald "Don" DuRall, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Charlotte D. DuRall; cherished son of the late Kenneth and Laura DuRall; devoted father of Michelle (Dave) Patrick and the late Donald "Chip" DuRall; loving grandfather of Jamie Patrick; and dear bother of the late Ron (Carol-living) DuRall.
Don proudly and honorably served in the United States Army, where he also put his love for cooking to use as an Army cook. He was married to the love of his life, Charlotte, for 60 wonderful years, and together they enjoyed spending time with friends and traveling abroad. A devoted husband and father, Don taught his daughter how to fish and later shared his passion for horse racing with his grandson. He served as a police officer with the St. Louis Police Department’s 7th District for 22 years, retiring as a detective, and later worked in security at Mallinckrodt for 20 years. Don was a true people person—kind, talented, and happiest when surrounded by others. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
