Donald Ecklar Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Judith Donovan Ecklar; a son, David (Tina) Ecklar, grandchildren, Elora (Nathan) Williams, Savannah (Everett) Schuster, Brandi (Dan) Gillen, Amanda Matthews, Michael Ray; great-grandchildren, Elisa Williams, Nora Williams, Madelyn Marcum, and Olivia Marcum.
Donald had a passion for classic cars alongside his friends in the "Just for Fun Bunch" club; he also served as a volunteer firefighter at the Cynthiana Fire Department.
Services will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Ware Funeral Home with visitation on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 6:00P.M. to 9:00P.M. also at Ware Funeral Home. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery; active pallbearers will be Jeremy Hubbard, Everett Schuster, Michael Ray, Dan Gillen, Tony Muntz, and Nathan Williams; honorary pallbearers will be Ollie Taylor, Billy Earl North, Ed Holmes, Danny Stroub, Jerry Adams, Danny Wright, and John Doyle.
