Born February 25, 1965, in Buckhannon, WV, he was a son of the late Donald and Caroline Elizabeth Lough Hall.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo Atkins Hall; two children, Heather Hall and her husband Shawn, and David Hall; a stepson, Anthony Lee Young; and his sisters Tammy Robinson and her husband Larry, and Pam Henline.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two stepsons, Harm Eugene Young and Howard Young.
Donald enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors. He loved music and was a heavy equipment operator. He was also known to be quite a jokester.
Private services have been held for the immediate family, and Donald's request for cremation has been honored.
