Donald Olen Huff, born on June 13, 1951, in Meridian, Mississippi, departed this life on October 1, 2025, in Pelahatchie, Mississippi. He was a devoted member of Antioch Baptist Church, which played a significant role in his life.
Donald is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Morrow Huff. They shared many cherished moments together. His family includes his daughter, Julia Katherine Huff Wells, and her husband Kevin, who reside in Houston, Texas. His son, Donald Olen "Pete" Huff, Jr., and his wife Erica, live in Austin, Texas. Donald took great joy in his grandchildren: Clementine Beatrice Wells, Margaret Camilla Peggy Wells, Archer Agustus Wells, and Frances Josephine Wells, all of whom are from Houston, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his father, Elton Ray "Pete" Huff, his mother, Necy Boone Huff, his brother, Fred Huff, and his sisters, Donna Huff Stafford and Lisa Cliburn Huff.
Donald will be remembered for his strong faith, love for family, and the impact he had on those around him. He will be missed by all who knew him.
The family will hold services at a later date.
