Born in Sacramento, California, Donald was the youngest of six children to Rudolph and Gloria Martinez. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, & friend who deeply valued family.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha; children Justin (Bailey), Jordon, Jarred, and Jasmine; grandson Cyrus Martinez; and siblings Diane, Darlene, Donna, and David. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Denise Rodriguez, and his grandson Jah'Zirr Martinez.
Donald loved coaching his sons in sports, watching his daughter cheer and dance, riding his motorcycle, fishing, camping, cooking, working out, playing the drums, and roaring at the TV while rooting for the 49ers. He will be remembered for his compassionate heart, contagious laugh, and resilient spirit.
He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.
