Donald Mathieux Obituary
Donald graduated from Seminole High School in Sanford before enlisting in the US Army. His distinguished career serving the federal government spanned over 38 years, working in communication technologies with the Army, White House Communications Agency, and FEMA.
Donald was the beloved husband of Mary (Lintz) Mathieux to whom he was married for over 64 years. Together they raised five children.
Donald is survived by his wife and children Penny Musick (Stan), Paul Mathieux (Gita), Sue Davis, Amy Mathieux (Tom), and grandchildren Jessica, Turner, and Tessa.
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Oliver (Gerry), Mildred (Robert), Stewart (Betty Jo), and daughter Mary.
A graveside service will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 3:30pm.
