Donald W. McKeen, age 91, of Newtown Square, PA, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, died on October 16, 2025 at White Horse Village. Don was born February 15, 1934 and was a graduate of Langley High School, Pittsburgh, PA.
He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War.
Don was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church in Drexel Hill, where he was very active.
Don was an active member of the White Horse Village Community for many years; volunteering, playing bocce, bingo, poker and enjoying Friday night dinner outings with friends. Don and Mabel traveled all over the world throughout the years. He dearly loved family vacations in Ocean City, NJ and his Pittsburgh Steelers. Most of all he enjoyed his beloved grandchildren Tyler and Meghan.
Don touched many with his wonderful personality, kindness, generosity and fantastic smile. He will truly be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Father of the late Christopher McKeen.
Survivors:
Loving Wife: Mabel G. McKeen
Daughter: Lisa (Kevin) Lashley
Grandchildren: Tyler and Meghan Lashley
Sister: Betty Ann Schilling
Niece: Beth Pattock
Services and Interment were private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 600 Edmonds Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
