Donald Wayne Moore, 84, passed away April 14, 2025. He was born June 16, 1940 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the son of the late Harley and Gula Moore. Wayne will always be remembered for his love of country music, gardening, and going on long walks. He was a very trusting person and would enjoy visiting with anyone. He never met a stranger. Wayne retired from Akron General Medical Center after many years of service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Mary Moore in 2013; as well as most of his siblings. Wayne is survived by his son Donald W. (Beth) Moore II; daughter Melanie (Christopher) Noë; grandchildren Goldie and Justin Moore, Anthony (Sierra) Noë, and Jacqueline (Sawyer Atkins) Noë; brother Carl (Josephine) Moore; and sister-in-law Joan Moore. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday April 29, 2025 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 7:00 PM. Per his wishes, Wayne will be laid to rest with his wife at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. A graveside service followed by internment will take place on Wednesday April 30, 2025, 12:00pm at Northlawn Memorial Gardens (4724 State Rd Peninsula, OH 44264) Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
