He is survived by his wife, Kathy Noelker (nee' Connor) of Washington; two sons: Jon Noelker of Washington and Joel Noelker and wife Larissa of Overland Park, KS; one daughter, Jill Wright and husband David of Olathe, KS; four grandchildren: Michael Wright, Kayla Noelker, Mia Noelker, and Tyler Noelker; along with other relatives and friends.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Krakow, followed immediately by full military honors. Interment will be held privately in the church cemetery. A reception and luncheon will follow services in the Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
The Noelker family is served by Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, MO.
