Donald Pingilley

Donald Pingilley, of Warren, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022, at the age of 84. He was born December 27, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to the late William and Lena Pingilley. Beloved husband of Lucille. Dearest father of Barry, Mike (the late Tina), Brian, and Kevin (Wendy). Loving grandfather of Steve, Ryan, Matthew, Kirsten, Lyric, and Landon and great grandfather of Carter. Dear brother of Lois (Larry) Ott, Patricia Pingilley, and Myrl (the late Robert) Hessenbruch and brother-in-law of Clinton Smith, Emma (the late Bud) Hotaling, Wanda (the late Tom) Hoy, Carol (Dan) Mathison, and Joanne (the late Estel) Smith.
Donald honorably and faithfully served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corp. After leaving the service, Donald was a dedicated employee of Consumer's Energy for 31 years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing on Long Lake in Cheboygan where he spent many childhood summers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
