Donald C. "Donnie" Riddle Jr.

DONALD "DONNIE" C. RIDDLE, JR., 53, of Weirton, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 18, 2026. He was born on October 9, 1972, in Weirton, a son of the late Donald C. Riddle, Sr. and Edith M. Boord Riddle. In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Perry Riddle.

Donnie was employed by Langeloth Metallurgical Company. He was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed gardening, cookouts, camping, and hunting. He especially loved taking rides in his Jeep and on his four-wheelers. Above all else, Donnie cherished his daughters. They were the heart of his world and the very reason he lived-to guide them, nurture them, and watch with pride as they grew into remarkable young women. His devotion to fatherhood was unwavering, and the love and dedication he poured into his girls will be deeply missed. Donnie took immense pride in them and treasured every moment spent by their side, sharing that same affection with his beloved dogs, who were also dear to his heart.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Lexis C. Riddle and Izabella E. Riddle; the mother of his daughters, Lily Knight; his brother, Danny Riddle (Joyce); his sister, Michelle Russell; his nephew, Nathan Russell (Taylor); several great-nieces; and his faithful canine companions, Vito and Stuy.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV 26062, to assist the family during this difficult time.
