Donald J Stillman, 76, passed away September 29, 2025. Donnie was born in Columbia, NC to the late Robert and Betty Stillman.

He was a loving husband to Susan of 55 years, and father to his daughter Cindy, who had both passed within the last year, and had since, lived his remaining days with a broken heart. He graduated from Lakenheath High School in England in 1967. He attended 2 years of trade school in Mobile, AL where he studied to be an electrician. He began his electrical career in 1970, eventually starting Stillman Electric with his brother Ron in 1985. He was still active in the business to this present day. He worshipped at Grace Lutheran Church in Chesapeake, VA, where he also volunteered to keep up the grounds and lawn maintenance. He loved traveling abroad to Ireland and France, and made annual family vacations to Treasure Island, FL. He loved riding his Harley on many road trips to Daytona Beach for Bike Week and local poker runs with his brother Ron. He also loved driving his collection of cars, golfing, football (The REDSKINS) ,and baseball (Nationals). He loved his times with his family, friends, and pets. Spending time with the family, in the early days, at the beach in Corova, NC, riding three wheelers around Penny Hill and fishing from the beach. Attending many Eagles and classic rock concerts with his wife and daughter. He mentored his nephews, Brian and Craig, and son-in-law Tim, in the electrical and contracting business. He LOVED shopping at The Home Depot for all of the deals on tools, there isn't a tool made that he didn't have. He loved participating in many charitable events such as The Hunter's Feast, Kiwanis Shrimp Feast, Shriner's Oyster Roast, and multiple Golf Tournaments.

Left to cherish his memory is his twin brother, Ron and wife Gerry, his younger brother, Jon, nephew Brian and wife Julie, nephew Craig, son-in-law Tim Nethery; Bruce and Rosemary Hanes, and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home, in Chesapeake, with Pastor Tracy Gregory officiating.
