Donald James Warner, born October 20, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on January 5, 2026. He was the beloved son of the late Robert and Dorothy Warner. He was the beloved husband to Norah Warner. Loving father to Jeremy (Kelly) Warner, Heather Warner, and Eric (Angelina) Warner. Proud grandfather to Payton, Benjamin, Parker, Brayden, Dmitri, and Arkady, whom he cherished deeply.

A graduate of Servite High School, Donald worked at General Motors for 30 years as a Vehicle Configuration Lead Engineer, where he was fondly known by colleagues for his signature pink shirts and his joking personality. He enjoyed spending much of his free time in Lewiston, Michigan.

He is survived by his brothers Raymond (Bobby) Warner and Peter (Karen) Warner, his sisters Peggy (Joseph) Stabile and Linda (Richard) Kramer and his sister in law MaryAnn (Robert) Warner. He was preceded in death by his brothers Robert (MaryAnn) Warner, Gerald Warner, and John Warner, and his sister Patricia Warner.
