Donna M. Adamczak, age 61 of Carrick formerly of Beechview passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2024.&
She was the daughter of the late Richard and Gertrude "Babe" Adamczak.
Sister of the late Richard "Rico" Adamczak.
Aunt to Jessica (Timothy) Dando, Belinda (Philip) Graziano and great aunt to Ryann "Baby" Tillman-Pratt, numerous cousins and special friend of Bunny Fajerski.
Donna graduated from Seton LaSalle high school and later received a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Donna worked for many years as Supervisor of the Heart Station at UPMC hospital in Oakland, PA
She loved music, outside gardening, nurturing her many inside plants, boating and watching any and all TV programs. She had a great sense of humor and loved to shop for bargains at the strip district. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends received Friday, March 8, 2024, from 2-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick.
Funeral Prayers Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 9:45 AM in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM, Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Basil Church, 1735 Brownsville Road, Carrick.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Carrick Food Pantry. Make checks payable to the Zion Christian Church, 2019 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15210 in memory of Donna. (Mark in memo Carrick Food Pantry)
