Donna Maxine Crowley, a beloved member of the Buhl community, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2024 in her hometown of Buhl, Idaho. She was born on November 17, 1932, in Buhl, where she spent her formative years. A proud graduate of Castleford High School, class of 1950. Donna was proud of the values instilled in her throughout her life, exemplifying hard work and dedication.
Throughout her career, Donna made significant contributions to the farming industry, particularly through her roles at The Green Giant and Rangens, where she sorted beans. Her work ethic was unmatched, and she took great pride in her contributions to agriculture.
Beyond her career, Donna had diverse interests that enriched her life. She was an avid rock hunter, often spending her free time exploring the outdoors in search of beautiful stones. Her passion for antiques was evident in the treasures she collected over the years, each piece telling a story of its own.
Donna's legacy is continued by her loving son, Randy; and her cherished grandsons, Phillip and Casey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest, who was her partner through life's journey; her daughters, Joy and Connie; and her son, Lynn, who remain forever in the hearts of those who loved them.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm, with a visitation beginning at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1001 Fair Ave, Buhl. Burial will conclude at the West End Cemetery, 1574 E Elm Street, Buhl.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to a life well-lived and a spirit that touched many.
