Donna Marcella Daubenmire

Donna Daubenmire, age 88, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away on January 21st, 2025 surrounded by family and the expert care of Hospice.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Alice Lynch; daughter, Karen Kay Daubenmire, and son James E. Daubenmire Jr.; and brother Howard Lynch Jr.
She is survived by her husband James; sons, Mike (Tricia) and Chad (Cyndi); daughter-in-law, Amy; grandsons, Cory (Kayla), Ethan, and Rylan; great-grandson, Teddy; and sister Kay (Lynch) Branstetter.
She was a Lancaster High School graduate, class of 1954. She lived on E. Main Street in Lancaster for almost 50 years with her husband, Jim. They operated two businesses from this residence: D&J Ceramic for 11 years and then the Bulk Food Pantry for 27 years. She was a member of Fairfield Community Church, pastors Mark Barbee and Jamie Thimmes. She was an avid reader.
Caring cremation has been handled by Day Funeral Service.
Memorial gifts may be given to Pickering House-Fairhope Hospice 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
Funeral arrangements are to be announced at a later date. Services will be performed by Jamie Thimmes.
