Donna Marie Dorsey Davis entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the age of 65. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Donna was a graduate of John Ehret High School and Delagado Community College. She was retired administrator with Fehl Price Academy in Beaumont, TX. Beloved mother of Kendra M. Watson and the late Terrell Watson, Jr. Daughter of the late Ernest Dorsey, Sr. and Lucille Edwards. Sister of Victor Dorsey, Edward Dorsey, Michael Dorsey, Erna Marie Dorsey, Patricia Harding, Sharon Canda, Joyce Casimere, Ana Mae Craig and the late Lillie Mae Brown, Carolyn Dunn, Rita Mae Dorsey, and Ernest “Sunny Boy” Dorsey, Jr., also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Friday March 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the above-named parlor.
