Donna Kay Williams Dillard, 82, born in Bowling Green, KY, December 7, 1942 to Arthur "Red" Williams, Jr. and Katherine June Branum Williams. She retired in 1993 from Dillard's Hardware at Rich Pond, which she and her husband, Neel, for 18 years co-owned and operated.

Preceded in death by her parents Red and June Williams and one sister, Jane Ann Williams Bell.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Raymond Neel Dillard, one daughter, Felischa Kay Page (Denny), one grandson, Dennis "Tudor" Page, three great-grandchildren, Rylan Page, Kash Page and Preslie Lindsey, and several nieces and nephews.

The family has entrusted J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with arrangements.

Funeral services will take place Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00am with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation with the family will begin Monday, October 6, 2025, at 2:00pm until 7:00pm and again on Tuesday at 9:00am until time of service at 10:00am.

She loved every member of her family and her church family at South Warren Church of Christ, where she was a member and attended.

With family by her side at The Bungalows at Bowling Green, she left this earth peacefully.

We want to thank Hospice of Southern Kentucky and The Bungalows at Bowling Green for their wonderful care, plus doctors, nurses and caregivers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Warren Church of Christ Building Fund.
