Donna-Faye Smith

Donna-Faye Bowers Smith, 65, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016, at her home. She was born Jan. 27, 1951, in Chattanooga to the late Jewell and Hattie Bowers. Donna-Faye graduated from Cleveland State and was a Registered Nurse. She retired from Erlanger Medical Center following 20 years of service. Her sisters, Peggy Bowers and Helen Raborn preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Robert Smith; her daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Michael Cason; two grandsons, Blake Cason and Chase Cason, all of Chattanooga; one sister, Imogene Davis, of Ooltewah; three brothers, Donald Bowers and Harold Bowers, of Ooltewah, and William Bowers, of Ringgold; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 25, 2016, from noon until 2 p.m., at the Valley View Chapel Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m., at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East, with Brother Ricky Kesley officiating.
