Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025. She was born in Detroit, MI, on September 19, 1934, a daughter of the late Luella (Edward) [Mulheisen] Meade and James Payne.
Mrs. Fraser was employed with various businesses in Detroit before moving to Niagara Falls in 1979.
She was a member of the former St. Raphael Parish, the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mrs. Fraser was the wife of 61 years to the late James L. Fraser, who passed away in 2016.
She is survived by her daughters Lynne (Frederick) Gadawski and Sharon (Michael) Bouchard, grandchildren Laura and Amy (Marcin Lubonski) Kashishian and Mary and Mark Bouchard, four great-grandchildren Ella, Camden, Vienna and Vierra, a sister in law June M. Payne, also several nieces and nephews.
She was the grandmother of the late Bryan Kashishian and sister of the late James Payne.
Her family will be present on Friday, April 11th, from 3-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY.
Everyone is invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY.
Flowers are gratefully declined.

Donna was a wonderful and sweet lady. Welcomed my dad and I in the summer of 1986 into her home (my dad was cousins with Jim). We drove from Calgary. I stayed with them while dad went over to Canada to look for a job.

U will be greatly missed.
