Donna Rae Hollenbaugh, 83, of Shippensburg, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Green Ridge Village. Born in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Clair M. Finkenbinder, Sr. and Jennette A. (Keck) Finkenbinder. Donna was the beloved wife of Dale C. Hollenbaugh, Jr., with whom she shared 45 years of marriage.
She attended Big Spring High School and went on to receive her GED from Carlisle High School. Donna worked for AMP and later Tyco, where she advanced to the position of Plating Inspector before her retirement.
Donna was a dedicated member of Newville First Church of God and was actively involved as a volunteer with GIGGLES and Paw Pack. She was also a member of the Letort Quilting Group and the Chambersburg Quilting Guild, and she attended many quilting retreats over the years. In addition, she enjoyed antiquing, visiting flea markets, spending time with cats and dogs, and traveling throughout the United States with her family.
Donna was a kind and caring soul whose gentle spirit and generous heart touched all who knew her.
In addition to her husband, she leaves behind her children, Roger (Lonnie) Fahnestock, Jr., Wade (Susan) Fahnestock, Tammy (Alan) Adams Hutchinson; her stepchildren, Kelli (David) Shenk, David Hollenbaugh and Michael Hollenbaugh; her siblings, Maxine Dyarman, Marcella Bigler, Clair (Karen) Finkenbinder, Jr., and Dennis (Tracy) Finkenbinder; 4 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 3, 2025, 11AM, at her church, Newville First Church of God, 475 Shippensburg Rd, Newville, PA 17241. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation at the church from 10AM-11AM.
