Donna Marie Hooker

Donna Marie Hooker, 73, of Greeley, passed away on October 23, 2023 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born on July 3, 1950 in Roswell, New Mexico.
She moved to California at the age of 5 with her family. She attended and graduated from Sunny Hills High School in Fullerton, California. Shortly after graduating from high school, she obtained a job with Pac Bell, then later became AT&T, where she worked for more than 34+ years before retiring. While employed with AT&T, her position allowed her to relocate to beautiful Colorado in 1990.
Donna enjoyed working on jigsaw and crossword puzzles. When it was TV time, you can be assured she was watching one of her favorite crime TV shows or medical dramas. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and would light up any room with her smile. She was compassionate and loving, she opened her heart and home to everyone. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her. Stubborn until the end, her wit and humor carry on "ITK! As she'd say"
She is survived by her children, Shane Guthrie, Alyssa (Mark) Roth, Dustin Hooker, and Chelsea Hooker (Harry Borbon); 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild; her sister, Patricia Williams and a large extended family and friends.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Loretta (Rasmussen) Brown.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm, Friday, November 3, 2023. Service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, November 4, 2023. Both services will be held at First Church of the Nazarene, 2515 W 16th Street in Greeley.
