Donna Kinder Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Eggers Funeral Home - Boiling Springs on Jan. 9, 2026.
Donna Marie Kinder, age 75, of Campobello, South Carolina, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Born on December 26, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Aileen Pugh Caruthers and Milton Caruthers.

Donna and her husband, Glenn Dean Kinder, had been married for 54 wonderful years. Together they built a home filled with love, faith, and devotion to family.

Donna was a member of Praise Cathedral Church of God. She enjoyed making stained glass pictures, cross-stitching, landscaping, and gardening. Those who knew Donna would say that if one word could describe her, it would be generous. She freely gave of her time and resources, always ready to help others, and never missed an opportunity to share her faith and the love of Christ with those around her.

In addition to her beloved husband, Glenn, Donna is survived by sisters Diane Lytle, and husband, Dudley, and Dorothy Lemaster, and husband, Bruce; a brother, Don Caruthers, and wife, Nancy; six nieces, one nephew, many great-nieces and great-nephews, and five great-great-nephews, all of whom she loved dearly. Donna was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, with Rev. Chris Criswell officiating.

Though she will be deeply missed, Donna's family rejoices in the promise of eternal life, knowing she is now resting in the presence of her Savior. "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2
