Donna Lee (Aubuchont) Milus Knightly went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 4, 2023. She passed away from COPD. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Knightly will be at 2:00pm on Friday, October 6, 2023, in Hart Cemetery officiated by Dr. Gene Meacham of First Baptist Church, Hart, Texas. Graveside services are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.
Donna Lee was born in Worcester, Massachusetts to Rudolph E. Aubuchont and Ethel M. (Whiting) Aubuchont on Februart 5, 1943. She grew up in Auburn, Massachusetts, and graduated from Auburn High School in 1961. She used her secretarial skills at several businesses in the area.
In 1965, she married Kenneth A. Milus. They had two sons. Her husband, Kenneth, passed away in 1975, as a result of a car accident. After four years as a widow, she married Merton E. Knightly, of Worcester, Massachusetts (formerly of Auburn, Maine).
Donna Lee had a foundational faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, having trusted Him as her Savior. Her favorite scripture part from the Bible was found in Psalm 27. She loved to read novels, and to watch the Jeopardy quiz program on television. She loved the ocean, and while living in Massachusetts, he loved to travel with Merton to Kennebunk, Maine, to enjoy the scenic ocean, and walk along the milelong cliff walk beside the ocean.
The Knightly's moved to Hart, Texas in 2014.
Donna Lee leaves her husband, Merton; sons: Kenneth A. Milus, Jr., of Hart, Texas, and his wife, Victoria (Vickie) Milus, and Jay K. Milus, of Cantonment, Florida.
Grandchildren: Stephanie (Milus) Price, and her husband, Ryan Price; Jessica (Milus) Quinn, and her husband, Shane Quinn, of Molino, Florida; Kenneth Milus, III, of Fort Worth, Texas, Nathan Headdy, of Dallas, Texas, and Paul Ryan Martinez, of Hart, Texas.
Great-grandchildren: Logan and Carley Pride, of Molino, Florida, and Aiden Quinn, of Molino, Florida.
Sisters: Susan Cloutier, and her husband, Ronald (Ron) Cloutier, of Auburn, Massachusetts, and Marcia Davis, Auburn, Massachusetts.
Brother: Mark Aubuchont, and his wife, Phyllis, of Flagstaff, Arizona.
Special cousin: Steve Strong, of Auburn, Massachusetts.
The deceased: brothers: Rudolph (Rudy) Aubuchont, Jr., and Bruce Aubuchont; niece, Heather Visbeek; and granddaughter, Carrie Lee Milus.

To Merton, Kenny and Jay--- so sorry for your loss. Thought of Donna and your Mom often as she was my best friend at TBC. We drifted apart over the years, and moved on with our lives, but thought highly of her. A nice person.
