Donna Maureen Kunicki, age 83 of Pardeeville passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. Donna was born on March 25, 1940 to Dale and Nora (Johnson) Kelly in Bayfield, WI. She attended Ashland High School and married Robert Tutor Sr. in 1956 and together they had seven children and later divorced. She married Vincent Kunicki in 1976 and he preceded her in death in 1985.
Donna was a very caring person; she raised seven children and spent many years as a nurse in the Chicago area. She crocheted many afghans and gave them to the hospital for cancer patients along with just giving them out to anyone she came upon. Donna liked to read, listen to music and above all else, she just liked making people smile. She enjoyed going to St. Hilary Church now St. Padre Pio Parish. She stayed in touch with many people she took care of in the hospital over the years. Donna also enjoyed writing letters and receiving them to hear about how the families were doing. She will be remembered for how loving and caring she was for her family and others.
Donna is survived by six children: Dorrene (Jan) Stahl, Jody-Lynn Carlson, Richard (Laurie) Tutor, Hiedi-beth (William) Burns, Donnanora (Wayne) Stadtler and Jill (Robert) Rezak as well as many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings: Patricia Ludwikowksi, Alana Kaufler, Kenneth Kelly, and Andre "Lucky" Kelly along with other extended family members.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vincent, son, Robert Tutor Jr., and siblings: Garrison Kelly, Vincent Kelly and Arlene Kelly.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Donna at a later date at St. Padre Pio Catholic Church in Chicago, IL and she will be inurned at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles IL.
