Ronald Kunicki Obituary

Ronald Frank Kunicki, a beloved member of his In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Dorothy's memory to Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Churchfamily and community, passed away peacefully at his residence on July 29, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on February 23, 1949, in Milwaukee, Ronald was a lifelong resident of the city he cherished.

A proud veteran, Ronald served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War from September 1968 until August 1972, where he contributed his skills to the important work of maintaining the electrical systems of fighter jets. After his military service, he dedicated much of his career to working in quality control at Allen-Bradley.

Ronald was known for his quiet demeanor and strong Catholic faith, being a dedicated member of Our Lady Queen of Peace. His faith not only guided his life but also provided comfort and strength during challenging times. He donated to countless charities, always giving to those he felt were in need.

Ronald had several hobbies he truly enjoyed, including astronomy, playing the keyboard, and being an amateur radio operatior.

Ronald is survived by his brother, Jerome Kunicki; his nephew, Jeremy (Jill) Kunicki; and his niece, Danielle Kunicki (Daniel Truax) as well as his great nieces and nephews: Claire, Caroline, Charles, Catherine, Roman, and Dean. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Dorothy Kunicki.

Visitation will be held on August 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Oklahoma Chapel, located at 1515 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215. Interment will take place at 12:00 PM at Saint Adalbert Cemetery, located at 3801 South 6th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221.

Ronald's gentle spirit and loving nature will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. His legacy of kindness and love will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

The family would like to extend a thank you to Dr. Singh and the hospice team for their care and comfort.

The family would also like to thank Trenay Stephens for her kindness and care over the years.
