Donna Martinez Obituary
74, of West Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care of RI, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Deloy Martinez Jr., and the late James A. Crudale. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Pinelli) DiMuccio. Donna was a registered nurse for 38 years and a pioneer in the field of Autism.
She is survived by her three sons James J. Crudale and his wife Judy, Jonathan Crudale and his wife Lisa, and Anthony Crudale. She was the cherished grandmother of Zoe, Andrew and James Crudale. Donna was the sister of John B. DiMuccio, Michael DiMuccio, Sandra Frazee, Theresa DiMuccio, the late Shirley Bender and Margaret DeNuccio. Aunt to many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-8:00 p.m.
