Donna D. Menegay, age 86, of Louisville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital.
Born on January 12, 1939, in Michigan, Donna spent her early years there before eventually making Louisville, Ohio her home. It was there that she spent her later years, surrounded by love.
A dedicated homemaker, Donna poured her heart into her family and home, creating a life marked by warmth, and compassion.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Tom Lewis, who stood by her side throughout life’s many seasons. Children; Robert, David, Lewis, Norman, Don and Wayne; daughter Theresa Palmer.
She will be remembered for her deep love for family. Per her wishes a private service will be held in her honor.
