Donna Morgan Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Crematory - Jacksonville on Feb. 26, 2026.
A memorial service for Donna Sue Morgan, 62, of Piedmont, Alabama, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2026, at K.L. Brown Funeral Home in Jacksonville. The family will receive friends following the service.

Donna was the cherished mother of Donald Begley (Heather), Cassandra Begley, Christopher Thrasher (Carrie), Jennie Williamson (Dalton), and Joshua Thrasher. She was the proud and devoted grandmother of Parker, Jonny, Chandler, Exum, Elliot, Clayton, Katey, Gabriel, Scarlett, Brianna, Sophie, and Colten, who were truly her pride and joy.

She is also survived by her loving siblings: David Morgan (Angie), Robin Morgan, Linda Mann (Xavier), Susan Morgan, Tanya Morgan, Denis Morgan, Randee Heselove, and Barbara Binder, along with a host of extended family members and dear friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Samuel and Isabel Morgan, and her sister, Ronna Morgan.

Donna was the binding force of her family - the heart that held everyone together. She treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, creating memories filled with laughter and love. Whether she was attending festivals, listening to live music, or simply gathered with family and friends, Donna embraced life fully and joyfully.

She dedicated 21 years of service to AT&T as a Premier Service Consultant. To her coworkers, she was more than a colleague - she was a friend, a light, and a constant source of encouragement.

Donna will be remembered for her selflessness, loyalty, resilience, and unwavering integrity. As the matriarch of her family, her unconditional love will remain in their hearts forever. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to guide and comfort all who were blessed to know her.
