Donna Nguyen

Donna Nguyen, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on February 10, 1963, Donna touched the lives of many with her warmth and generosity. Donna had a deep passion for the arts and found joy in painting, a hobby that allowed her to express her vibrant spirit. She also cherished old country music, often filling her weekends with its timeless melodies. Dancing was another of her delights, embodying her love for life and her ability to find happiness in the simple pleasures. Her kindness and generosity were well-known among those close to her. In a memorable gesture of selflessness, she once offered to give her boots to someone who admired them, symbolizing her giving nature. Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Luttrell and Kenny Murphy, her sisters Renee Byess, Debbie Brock, Diane Evans, and brother Ronnie Murphy; as well as her son in-law, Keith Land. Her memory will be lovingly cherished by her surviving family: daughter Melanie Johnson (Charles), son Charles Ingram (Stephanie), Scotty Huckaby, and her grandchildren Chassity Humphreys, Destiny Humphreys, Jacey Humphreys, Charlie Ingram, Jr., Skyla Lang. She also leaves behind a great-grandson, Rowyn Earnhart, and her sisters Denise Tolbert and Kathie Mertens. Services to honor Donna's life will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Holly Hill Memorial Park. Donna Nguyen will be remembered for her generous heart, her artistic soul, and the joy she brought to all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
