Donna Palmieri Obituary
Donna S. "Dee" Palmieri of East Liverpool passed peacefully at her home on Friday, June 24, 2022, following a two-year battle with cancer. She was in the care of her life partner of 40 years, Chris Smith.
Born in Weirton on January 31, 1957, Dee was 65 years of age. She was the daughter of Oliver K. and Bernice Jones.
Following graduation from Weirton Madonna High School and Penn Valley Community College, Dee worked as a phlebotomist in area hospitals. Dee was a great lover of cats, dogs, and all animals. Also, she was Pittsburgh Pirates and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Along with her parents, her daughter, Shelley Keech preceded her in death.
Survivors include her companion, Chris Smith, her extended family mother, Wanda Smith, and the rest of the Smith family, wonderful friend, Linda Baker, two sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Dee's wishes were that there be no services, will be honored. The Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is assisting with these arrangements.
