Donna Rae Robbins, 51, of Chadron, NE, passed away on November, 24th, 2023 in Casper, WY.
Donna was born in Chadron, NE to David W. Robbins & Karen K. Robbins/Schommer on December 16th, 1971. Through her academic pursuits, she participated in volleyball which yielded many achievements throughout the years in both Chadron & Torrington. She went on to dedicate serving those in the healthcare industry, specifically the nursing homes in Torrington & Casper, WY. She was the first to initiate a fun environment and she always carried herself with confidence, pride, and was so fulfilled being an amazing mother. Donna is survived by her sons; Angelo Loya and Marcel Loya. She is preceded in death by her parents, David W. Robbins and Karen K. Robbins/Schommer.
Funeral services will be held at Bustard's & Jacoby Funeral, 600 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82601, on December 8th, 2023 starting at 1:00pm, followed with reception.
