Donna Rouse Obituary
East Palestine- Donna L. Rouse, age 78, formerly of East Palestine, passed away Tuesday afternoon, August 19, 2025, at Salem West Healthcare, Salem.
Donna was born on October 24, 1946, in Ellwood City, PA, daughter of the late Lloyd and Evelyn Wigton Pander.
She had worked as a clerk in various retail stores. She enjoyed playing poker either on her phone or around the table but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and great grandchildren.
Her husband, Edward John Rouse, whom she married on June 2, 1973, preceded her in death on, January 19, 2017.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Ruby Christine Noel of Enon Valley, PA; her granddaughter, Brittany (Jonathan Crow) Chamberlain of Salem; three great grandchildren, Olivia Cusick, Troy Allen Crow and Josslyn Jade Harmony Crow; her special friends, Vickie Styen, who was like a daughter to her, and Bobbie Hedrick and her children, Shane and Laiken Venezia.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
