Donna Mary Soll (Hammer)   Age: 94

Of: Burns, Tennessee  Passed Away: Sunday, January 14, 2024, at NHC in Dickson.  She was born November 5, 1929, in Muscatine, Iowa to the late Edward and Dorothy Hammer.

Donna and Henry Soll, Jr. married in 1950 before he left to serve in the Korean War.  She and Henry moved from Iowa to Michigan in the late 1960s where together they opened their first business, Soll’s Appliance & Heating/Cooling Repair.  They sold their business in 1978 in Michigan and moved to Tennessee.  Once here they opened another business by the same name in Dickson, Tennessee.  Donna was a housewife who took great pride in keeping and decorating her home.  She also helped in the business operations with her husband.

Donna loved her family, especially her grandchildren.  She also had many faithful friends in the Lord over the years who she loved like family.

She will be missed so deeply by her family and friends, but we find comfort in knowing she is now with her Lord and Savior.

It was Mrs. Soll’s wish to be cremated.
