Donna Jean Tatter peacefully passed away, surrounded by family, on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at the age of 84. She was born March 5, 1939, to Ronald and Barbara (nee Reynolds) Barnes in Crown City, Ohio. Donna enjoyed traveling, bowling, shopping, gardening, canning and baking, and also collected owls. Above all, she loved and enjoyed her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to celebrate Donna's life are her loving children, John (Bonnie) Turner, Wayne (Debbie) Turner, Mike (Terry) Turner, Ed (Connie) Turner, Gary (Laura) Turner, Cindy (Harold) Bonsel, Don (Jackie) Tatter, Kelly (Bruce) Toth and Shawn (Leslie) Tatter; and her numerous, cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara, first husband, Roy Turner and second husband, Don Tatter.
Family will welcome friends from 4:00 to 8:00pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Waite & Son Funeral Home located at 3300 Center Road in Brunswick. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 10th at 11:00am and interment to follow at West Park Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Donna's memory to The Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601 ~or~ Hospice Of The Western Reserve, 5075 Windfall Rd, Medina, OH 44256. Online condolences and memories may be left for the family in Donna's guestbook at www.WaiteFuneralHome.com.
