The Family of Donna Mae Wilson of Lethbridge are heartbroken to announce her passing on July 22,2023 at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital.
Donna was born October 30, 1958 to George and Barb Wilson of Lethbridge. Donna grew up on the north side hanging out with her siblings and friends. Donna was active in the Junior Forest Wardens program growing up and really enjoyed the out doors. One of Donna's favorites activities she enjoyed starting in her youth was her love of wrestling whether watching it with her dad on tv, or going to the live events when she could attend.
Donna Traveled a bit in her 20's with the McKay Brothers carnivals until having her son Jerry. She then attended the chef program at the Lethbridge College starting her career as a cook. Cooking was her passion and Donna worked at many different restaurants around Lethbridge including Grandma's kitchen, Bullys in the Lethbridge grandstand and the Casino.
Donna has left behind her son Jerry, Mom Barb, Sisters Barb (Walter) Den Hoed, Sandy Wilson, Marie Wilson, Brothers Ken (Anita) Wilson, Dale (Dawn) Wilson, and Arnold Wilson, Sister-in-Law Mary Wilson. numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Donna has joined her family in Paradise including her dad George, Brother George, Sister Brenda, Nieces Melissa, and Brianna, and Nephew Albert Wilson.
The Family of Donna would like to extend our sincerest thank you and appreciation to the Staff at Extended Care where Donna lives at the time of her passing, the Staff in the Emergency room of the Lethbridge Regional Hospital and the Staff on 3B for their care and compassion for Donna.
