Dora Lee (Linton) Aldridge, 82 of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia.
Dora was born May 19, 1943, in El Dorado, Arkansas. She previously worked for Peoples Bank, First National Bank, and was the Court Clerk and Treasurer for the City of Waldo for 8 years. Dora was a Master Gardener, and loved researching genealogy, painting and doing ceramics.
Dora is preceded in death by her parents, Doy Lester Linton and Blanche Bernice (Corley) Linton; husband Marvin David Aldridge, brother Bill Linton; and brother in law Charles Aldridge.
Dora is survived by her children, Mechelle "DeDe' (Glen) Brasher of McNeil and Mark Douglas Aldridge of Hallsville, TX; grandchildren, Amber Colvin and Liz Colvin, and Zac Brasher and fiancé Sam of Magnolia; great grandchildren, Olivia and Liam Thompson, Rylie and Cooper Brasher of Magnolia, and Mateo Colvin; special daughter Lynn Barnhart of Waldo; special grandchildren, Danielle Cloud, Trey Cloud, Maverick Cloud, Dorothy Jean Cloud, Marvin Cloud, and Brian and Kathy Horstman; brother in law, Don (Jan) Aldridge of Charlotte, NC; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Aldridge of Magnolia and Betty Linton of Waldo; a host of nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
Visitation with the family will begin at10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am with Todd Hart officiating with burial at Columbia Cemetery in Waldo.
Pallbearers will be Jonathon Thompson, Matt Linton, Jeff Thompson, Zac Brasher, Jerry Maness, and John Maness.
Memorial donations may be made to Children's Home, Inc., 5515 Walcott Rd, Paragould, AR 72450, Southern Christian Home, 100 W. Harding St, Morrilton, AR 72110, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
