Doreatha Bryant, a devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother peacefully passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 88.

Born January 25, 1938 in Jackson Mississippi to Rev N.G. Beyond her professional accomplishment, Doreatha's heart was always closest to home. She worked hard and was able to purchase a home for her family, which she was extremely proud of.

Doreatha was preceded in death by her mother and father, sister Jessie Richardson , brother N. G (Norman) Bradfield and Grandson Larry Matthew Harris.

Doreatha leaves to cherish her memory children, Michael Warden, Donna (Stephen) McKelvin, Cheri Bryant, Rosalind Watkins, Rosemary Bryant, Jeffrey Bryant and Victoria Bryant; nephews Pastor Norman C. and Rev Mitchell Bradfield, Niece Milea Lynn Bradfield and cousin Georgia Mae Drummond. She also leaves behind a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, great great grandchildren, cousins and friends.

As we remember Doreatha, let us honor the love and care she spread throughout her life, taking solace in the memories she created and the hearts she touched. Her spirit will live on in the kindness she shared. She is a testament to a life beautifully lived.
