Doreen Frances Weber Gorniak, age 65, of Edinboro, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Erie on October 20, 1958, the daughter of the late Robert and Frances Weber.
She was a graduate of Central Tech H.S. and was employed at Springhill as a cook.
She was a member of the Edinboro McKean VFW Post 740, and she enjoyed cross stitch and puzzles.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul G. Gorniak in 2017, and two brothers; Kevin and Larry Weber.
She is survived by two sons; Christopher and Joel Gorniak both of Edinboro, three grandchildren; Jaiden, Kailani, and Jordan, one brother Greg Weber, three sisters: Valerie Marchini (Tim), Brenda Cabarcas, and Diane Majewski (Mike), one sister-in-law Mary Ann Biernik (Joe Chromik), and one brother-in-law Dr. Gary Gorniak (Jo Ellen), and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm. Private interment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Edinboro McKean VFW Post 740, 10613 PA Route 98, Edinboro, PA 16412.
