Doris Baynton Obituary
She is survived by her daughters, Christine and Pamela, along with her granddaughters, Stacy, Shannon, Meegan and Paige, her great-grandchildren, Zach, Summer, Dallas, Carney, Alix, Tess, Laurel, Maxx and Annee and her beloved rat terrier Spunk.
Doris was a proud, lifelong resident of Freehold Borough and graduated from Freehold Regional High School and attended Centenary College. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Freehold, where, in her youth, she taught Sunday school. She worked for Lamson Realty before transitioning to full-time wife and homemaker. She enjoyed time with her family and summers vacationing on Long Beach Island.
Her warmth, kindness and laughter will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In celebration of life, services will be held, Friday, January 2, 2026, at Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, NJ 07728 at 12:00 pm. Visitation is from 11:00-12:00 pm.
