Doris E. (Klahn) Brice peacefully passed away on Nov 5, 2025. She was born on March 17, 1932 to Ervin and Gertrude Klahn. She married Gerald J Brice on June 1, 1949.
Doris & Jerry resided in Bellevue, on the corner of Hazen Rd and Allouez Ave, all their married life. In 2020, she moved to a senior apartment at Dimensions Living in Green Bay. She lived there for 5-1/2 years and made many new and special friendships there. She enjoyed all the activities they offered, especially the game Smart Mouth and when Fernando came to sing for the residents.
Doris loved Crossword and Word Search puzzles, Reality TV shows Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, The Bachelor and Bachelorette. She was a huge Packers fan and never missed watching a game on TV.
She is survived by:
Sons – Randy (Jane), David "Duke" (Patty) and Dale (Peggy), daughter – Jill (Dave) Bielinski, Daughter in law - Linda L Brice. 7 Grandchildren – Wes (Amber) Brice, Angie (Lamar) Blindauer, Nicole (Jeff) VanLangendon, Adam (Emma) Brice, Robert (Jessica) Worthington, Greg (Michelle) Vine and Mark (Kim) Vine. 13 great grandchildren - Brandon Brice, Jared (Angelica) Brice, Ella, Ezra, Nora and William VanLangendon, Lainey Brice, Alyssa Natel, Issabella Worthington, Julia (Luke) Rheingans, Parker and Jagger Vine, Cooper and Bennett Vine. 2 great-great grandchildren – Emma and Isabella Brice. Nieces and Nephews. Her friend of 50+ years Darlene Hodgins, former neighbor Norton Allard and all her friends at Dimensions Living.
Preceded in death by husband, Son - Larry J Brice, sisters and brother in laws – Virginia and Don Walker, Carol & Clarence Mickelson, parents and in-laws.
A visitation will be held on Monday Nov 24, 2025, from 1:30-3:30 with a short service to follow at 3:30 at Hamlet Creek Event Center (formerly Holy Martyr's Church) 3562 Finger Road, Green Bay. Inurnment at Allouez Mausoleum at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Ribbon of Hope per Doris' wishes
A special thank you to the care staff at Dimensions Living who loved and cared for her like family. Thank you to the staff at Bellin Hospital Emergency Department and 2nd floor Cardiac Care Unit. Also thank you to the staff at Unity Hospice who assisted in her final days. Her family is forever grateful for your tender and compassionate care!
