Joyce Ann Bartelme, 76, was called home to the Lord on Friday, October 17, 2025. She was born on June 26, 1949, the daughter of Marcellus and Fern (Bossell) Ziegelbauer. On July 9, 1966, she was united in marriage to Richard Bartelme at St. Philomena's Catholic Church in Birnamwood.
Joyce is survived by her husband: Richard Bartelme, a daughter: Teri (Rick) Linberg, a beloved pet: Neeko, a grand dog: Cadence, a brother Gerald (Rosalie) Ziegelbauer, and a sister: Joann Waldvogel.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Tammy Bartelme, her parents: Marcellous and Fern Ziegelbauer, a brother: Jerome Ziegelbauer and a sister: Janet Onesti.
Besides being a loving wife, and mother, Joyce was a caregiver working at Assisted Living as well as home health care. She was a wonderful caregiver, and her patients loved her. She would often sit and talk with them or pray with them to keep them from being lonely. She also enjoyed gardening and loved growing beautiful flowers.
Gathering of family and friends will be held on October 27, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Living Hope Church, 1840 West Mason Street. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. The family would like to thank Blue Jay Springs and Moments Hospice for their loving staff nurses and caregivers
