Doris Close Obituary
She was born in Brunswick County on July 22, 1933 the daughter of the late, Daniel L. Potter and Wardie Willetts Potter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Close, two sons, Robert Earl Henry and Carl Keith Henry; three brothers, David Potter Edgar Potter and CC Potter and a sister, Margie Padgett.
Surviving are a son, Daniel Henry and wife, Barbara of Wilmington; one grandson, Daniel Keith Henry; several nieces and nephews and all her friends from South Carolina.
Graveside service will be service will be Conducted 2:00 PM Friday May 5, 2023 in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
