Michael Callari Obituary
Michael's professional life was a testament to his commitment to service and excellence. He dedicated five years to the Ridge, NY Fire Department. Following his time with the fire department, Michael embarked on a remarkable 32-year career with Newcomb and Co., where his work ethic and integrity left an indelible mark on colleagues and clients alike.
He was a man of extraordinary character-patient, kind, caring, and possessing a sense of humor that could lighten any mood. Michael was an amazing husband to Vicki Callari, and a devoted father to his son, Michael Callari, Jr. His family was his greatest joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them during their 36 beautiful years of marriage.
Michael loved going on fishing trips with his son and took pride in his passion for classic cars and trucks. His faithful dog, Layla, was never far from his side and especially enjoyed truck rides with her daddy. Michael's warmth and generosity knew no bounds. He touched the lives of everyone he met, helping others selflessly and expecting nothing in return. Those who knew him were continually inspired by his compassion and gentle spirit.
He is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Victoria Callari; his cherished son, Michael Callari, Jr.; and his brother, John Callari. He is predeceased by his brother, Shaun Callari.
Michael fought a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. Though he has left this world, Michael's legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as his memory continues to illuminate the lives of those he touched.
