Doris Pearson Obituary
Doris Naquin Pearson, 96, a native of Gretna, longtime resident of Larose who resided recently in Natchitoches, LA, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, in Larose, on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 9:30 am until service time. A Catholic Mass will be held at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Doris is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Priscilla and Don Colombel; her 3 grandchildren Tammy, Kelly, and Donterry; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; brother, Evans R. Naquin; sister, Merlene Hebert.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eric B. Pearson; son, James E. Pearson; parents, Evience and Lena Naquin; great-grandson, Dylon Shicksnider; sisters, Lou Ella Falgout and Pearl Rodrigue.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
