Doris Scott Obituary
Doris (Wicks). Scott passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born in Chestertown Maryland on February 20, 1934. Doris was the daughter of Goldie Elizabeth Wicks and Norman Clarence Wicks. She was married to the late Elwood Albert Scott of Georgetown Md. She is survived by her seven daughters and leaves a legacy of five generations.
Doris attended Henry Highland Garnet School. After 21 years of service she retired as a Dietician for the Kent County Sheriff Department.
A funeral service will be held on March 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m with the Viewing followed by the Homegoing Service. Repass will be immediately following the Service. Location: The Potters House Ministries 8814 Fairlee Rd. Chestertown, MD. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of family and friends.
