IRONWOOD, Mich. – Doris Mae Wroblewski, 84, of Ironwood, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at her home.

Doris was born on May 24, 1941, in Magnolia, Arkansas, a daughter of Stephen and Viola (Nettleblad) Dudra. Shortly there after she and her parents moved back to Ironwood. Doris attended Luther L. Wright High School and graduated in 1959. She continued her education at Gogebic Community College.

Doris was employed by Archer Daniel in Minneapolis before meeting her husband of 60 years, Dave Wroblewski.

Doris enjoyed camping, cooking and traveling. She was blessed with three children and loved spending time and playing music with them. One of her favorite places was Lake Gogebic fishing and at the cabin going four-wheeling.

Doris is survived by a daughter, Kim (David) Rundell; a son, Mike; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond (Sharon) Dudra; sister, Judy (Bill) McMullin; and brother, Steve (Bonnie) Dudra; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave, in 2022; and son, David, in 1992.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 7, at 11 a.m., preceded by visitation at 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 108 S. Marquette St., in Ironwood, with the Rev. Brian C. Gerber, celebrant.

Rite of Committal and interment will take place at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer.

Jerald Rocco, owner and manager of Lakeside Memorial Chapel Inc., in Wakefield, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed online at lakesidememorialchapel.com.
