Dorita Elizabeth Kesley, 73, went home to be with the Lord on April 30, 2025. She was born to the late Donald Black and Elizabeth Anne Sanders on October 21, 1951 in Westmoreland, Pennsylvania.
Dorita enjoyed wood carving and photo editing. She graduated from Cobb County High School. Dorita worked at Little Debbie for a number of years, but ultimately retired from Life Touch as a Photo Editor. She was a firm believer in the Church of God faith.
In additional to her parents, Dorita is preceded In death by her husband, Brian Jewel Kesley, daughter, Teresa Shannon Kesley, and her brothers, Ronald Sanders and Mark Sanders.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheyanne Luray Lee, grandchildren, Sidney Baxter, James Baxter, and Jolien Baxter, siblings, Noel Sanders, Charles Sanders, Richard Sanders, Claire Sanders, and Wesley Sanders, and her best friend, Linda Nash.
The family will be receiving friends from 4:00-8:00pm on Monday, May 5th, at Companion Funeral Home- Cleveland Chapel.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th, at 1:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home- Cleveland Chapel. The family will be receiving friends again prior to the service, from 12:00-1:00pm. A graveside service is to follow at Lee Cemetery.
