Dorothy Alexander Obituary
Dorothy Jean Alexander, 70, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Monday, June 19, 2023 at her home.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Dorothy Alexander was born in McComb, Mississippi on January 13, 1953 to Martha (Bryant) and James Henry Wingate.
She married Thomas Alexander in Duncan, Oklahoma in June of 1980.
Dorothy was a member of the The Heights Church, Pastor Cody Hughs officiating.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Joshua Weber; and aunt, Billie Sue.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas Alexander of Cleburne; son Christopher Bassett and wife, Amanda, of Cleburne; daughter, Christina Weber of Fort Worth, Texas; brother, James Arlington Wingate and wife, Cynthia, of Cleburne; sisters, Harolyn Dana and husband, Mark, of Fort Worth and Mamie Bayes of Pearl, Mississippi; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and many other family members and friends.
